Episode #1 – Introduction

Welcome everyone to the VERY first episode of “The Commonwealth” = a podcast on all things customer-facing in the business and sometimes the consumer world. The music of the spheres, the music of business and the music of…well, music. Musical moods, magical content. Listen to the music, and it will tell you the mood of the content. Listen to that funky music.

This episode is really just an introduction to the format of the podcast, and, candidly, my episode designed to allow me to get all of this registered on iTunes etc. But there is some tech industry chatter incorporated into this. That alone – call it intelligent gossip, which is just another way of saying gossip might make it worth it.

But its the format that matters. The music you hear – the intro and the outro are going to be harbingers of what the content will feel like and it might (not always) vary from episode to episode. Chill music and the episode is chill opinion and riffs and news. Driving, harsh music, look out somebody, I’ll be landing on your virtual head. Exciting music = exciting news. Also, if you are willing to bear with my narcissism, I’ll tell you the events I just went to and my thinking on them and the trends I’ve seen, the progress the tech industry and its vendors have or haven’t made and my next appearances if that ever matters at all.

So get set for the ride, listen in here to learn about the vehicle and buckle up for safety, dudes and dudesses. We are now in (customer-facing) business.
